Danette has 26 years of experience as an optician, half of which was spent in the Downeast Maine area before relocating to Bangor, giving her an extensive understanding of the optical needs of people from all over Maine with its diverse terrain and occupations. Being an American Board Certified Optician and her dedication to staying on top of new trends, styles, and technology make her a perfect leader for our staff. You’ll find her most days, being the hands on manager that she is, right in the store ready to greet you with a smile.

When not in the store, you may find Danette practicing one of her hobbies, such as painting, cake decorating, or hiking with her family.
